Core Human Values

If you look at humans in general, there are some values that can be looked upon as being common to all of us (Core Human Values).

 

Core Human values are the core principles and beliefs that guide how we behave, interact with and treat others. These values form the foundation of what is considered moral, ethical and respectful in society. They are universal in nature and promote harmony, compassion and a better way of living.

Why Are Human Values Important?

-  They foster positive relationships

-  They create a more just and peaceful society

-  They promote personal growth and self-respect

-  They ensure mutual respect and understanding in diverse communities

Gratitude is the feeling and expression of appreciation for something positive in your life.

It involves recognizing and valuing kindness, help, or good experiences, whether they come from people, nature, or life circumstances

Examples:

                   - Saying "thank you" when someone
                     helps.
                  -  Thanking someone for their upinions an
                     work accivments.

                  -   Appreciating small joys, like a sunny
                     day or a kind gesture.

                   -  Keeping a gratitude journal to reflect on
                     positive moments.

Gratitude can improve mental well-being, strengthen relationships, and increase overall happiness by focusing on the good in life.
