On the homepage I describe important Company Philosophies and Building blocks to perform a leadership according to my experience. These descriptions are done on an overview level giving you a hint of what is important to think of 

PPP documents

The PPP documents are more detailed and can be bought. They are ready to show including animations and a lot of pictures. 
The content is divided into two groups 


 A group of activities most of the companies looked into have implemented and are working quite well

 

Things that are identified as improvement possibilities in the organisations  looked into

By this definition the subject can be part of either Company philosophy and/or Building block, depending on the company. Where it is valid for both, the PPP documents can be bought in both categories.

All PPP documents are created to be able to use as education material

Assessment material

The assessment material consists of a questionnaire (in Excel) and the questions are designed to create a discussion /reflection of how the organisation works today
It is asked what is the
- Approach (process, routine, instructions)
- Deployment (to what extent it is implemented)
- Effect (the evidence of effect) to each question

Observations show that the different perspectives can have different answers and thereby different scores. This can be a good way to start up a change process and to achieve a common view in a leading group

To support you I offer to Coach you and discuss possible actions relevant for your organisation

My ambition is to discuss possibilities (not problems) focusing on what can be done in a specific situation

The Workshop is a possibility to meet with me via zoom in a group to discuss different subjects

A Human Centered Organisation

When we talk about a human centered organization, we mean an organisation  that prioritises the well-being, needs and experiences of its employees and stakeholders.

 

In a human centered organisation, people are valued as the most important asset and their perspectives, voices and contributions are integral to decision-making and organisational culture.
