It is important to understand that all of the steps need to be performed to achieve a Sustainable change - Stopping at an earlier step means that the change will degenerate and you end up with only a short time improvement
The 5S+S method has a tradition to be used in a production environment. It is useful also in an office, but then it is important to consider knowledge and the way knowledge is stored and used.
