Human centered Organisation

When we talk about a human centered organization, we mean an organisation  that prioritises the well-being, needs and experiences of its employees and stakeholders.

In a human centered organisation, people are valued as the most important asset and their perspectives, voices and contributions are integral to decision-making and organisational culture.

The following areas need to be focused on

1.  Employee Empowerment

2.  Inclusive Culture

3.  Work Life Balance

4.  Continuous Learning and Development

5.  Employee Well-being

6.  Customer Centric Approach

7.  Social Responsibility

Employee Empowerment
Employees are empowered to take ownership of their work, make decisions and contribute to the organisation's success. Their ideas and feedback are welcomed and acted upon.

Inclusive Culture
The organisation fosters an inclusive culture where diversity is celebrated, and all individuals feel respected, valued and included. Discrimination and bias are actively addressed and mitigated.

Work Life Balance
The organisation recognises the importance of work life balance and supports employees in achieving harmony between their professional and personal lives. Flexible work arrangements and supportive policies are implemented to accommodate diverse needs.

A human centered organisation places a strong emphasis on understanding and meeting the needs of its customers or stakeholders. Decision making is driven by empathy, customer feedback and a deep understanding of user experiences.

Solution focused conversations

Solution focused conversations is an approach to communication and problem solving that focuses on identifying and implementing solutions, rather than dwelling on problems.

It is a goal focused, evidence based approach, which incorporates positive psychology principles and practices. It helps to find solutions rather than focusing on problems.

And thereby is regarded as a hope friendly, positive emotional approach, that is future oriented aiming to formulating, motivating, achieving and sustaining desired behaviour change.

Target steering and not detailed steering

If we manipulate or steer in detail people will give you only what you pay for

If we inspire, let people take responsibility and make them feel appreciated they will give us more than you ask for

They will give you the moon
