Heart and Mind Management provides: Assessment, Coaching, Training, Workshops supporting in management and organisation effectiveness
It emphasizes the importance of both logic (the mind) and emotions (the heart) in an organization.
The core of the material (the training material) describes how different tasks are carried out within the following areas:
- Company Philosophy
- Building Blocks
- A human-centered workplace
- Core Human Values
During my years of working, I have gained valuable skills and insights into how to lead an organisation. This homepage is built on both my personal experience and established literature, and its purpose is to support companies and leaders at different stages of development and maturity.

Leadership is complex

Leadership is complex and requires viewing an organisation from multiple perspectives. I emphasise the essential balance between Heart and Mind — between feelings and thinking.
- The Mind: guided by facts and logic
- The Heart: guided by feelings and emotions

The Heart and Mind model is a system, meaning that all components are interconnected in more or less direct ways. Therefore, when one element undergoes significant change, other elements may also need to be adjusted.
For example, when Development is elaborated, it may require changes in Quality, Culture, Leadership, and Self-Leadership.
There is no sharp boundary between the mind and the heart (we are, after all, humans).
The different headings are:
- Company Philosophy
- Building Blocks
- A Human-Centered Organisation
- Core Human Values
I have tried to emphasise the Mind in the first two areas and the Heart in the last two. However, as mentioned above, there is no sharp boundary between the two.

ways to work that are not standard yet but that I have seen implemented in different organisations (My experience is mostly from Volvo Trucks but I have also been attending the LEAN network in Sweden).
- A human-centered workplace

A human-centered workplace is an organisational environment designed with a focus on the needs, well-being, and experiences of its employees. It prioritises empathy, inclusivity, and respect for individual differences, recognising that when employees are supported, motivated, and engaged, they are more productive, creative, and loyal. In such a workplace, people are seen not just as workers but as human beings with emotional, social, and personal needs
- Core Human Values
If you look at humans in general, there are some values that can be looked upon as being common to all of us (Core Human Values).
Core Human values are the core principles and beliefs that guide how we behave, interact with and treat others. These values form the foundation of what is considered moral, ethical and respectful in society. They are universal in nature and promote harmony, compassion and a better way of living.

Why Are Human Values Important?
- They foster positive relationships
- They create a more just and peaceful society
- They promote personal growth and self-respect
- They ensure mutual respect and understanding in
diverse communities
