Heart and Mind Management provides: Assessment, Coaching, Training, Workshops supporting in management and organisation effectiveness

During my time working I have gathered skills and knowledge in how to lead an organisation. This homepage is created from my personal experience and from literature and is aiming to support companies/leaders in different stages of development/maturity.
Leadership is complex and needs to have many perspectives on an activity and it advocates the crucial veiwpoint that there has to be a balance between Heart and Mind (feelings and thinking)

What do I offer ?

Heart and Mind model is a system meaning that all of the components in the modle are related to another in more ore less clear ways. So if you perform drastic changes other items might be needed to be chaned. (E.g. when Development is integrated I need to change in Quality Culture Leadership and Self Leadership.

ways to work that are not standard yet but that I have seen implemented in different organisations  (My experience is mostly from Volvo Trucks but I have also been attending the LEAN network in Sweden).

A human-centered workplace

A human-centered workplace is an organizational environment designed with a focus on the needs, well-being, and experiences of its employees. It prioritizes empathy, inclusivity, and respect for individual differences, recognizing that when employees are supported, motivated, and engaged, they are more productive, creative, and loyal. In such a workplace, people are seen not just as workers but as human beings with emotional, social, and personal needs

The following areas need to be focused on

1.Employee Empowerment

2.Inclusive Culture

3.Work Life Balance

4.Continuous Learning and Development

5.Employee Well-being

6.Customer Centric Approach

7.Social Responsibility
